Article 2 - Account Creation, Security, and Privacy

2.1 - Guest Checkout and Accounts You may check out as a guest or create a registered account to track your order history.2.2 - User Security Responsibilities If you create an account, you are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and login credentials. We are not liable for unauthorized purchases resulting from your failure to secure your account.2.3 - Privacy Policy Integration Your privacy is critical. The collection and processing of your personal data are governed by our separate Privacy & Cookie Policy, which is fully integrated into these Terms.2.4 - Platform Right of Suspension We operate on mutual respect. We reserve the right to immediately suspend or terminate any account involved in fraudulent chargebacks, abusive behavior toward our support team, or manipulation of our platform.

Article 3 - Contract Formation and Order Mechanics

3.1 - Acknowledgment vs. Acceptance When you place an order, you will receive an automated email acknowledgment. This email does not constitute legal acceptance of your offer. Under the Thai Electronic Transactions Act, the formal, binding contract is only formed when we send you a dispatch confirmation email indicating the goods have been handed to the carrier.3.2 - Order Modification Window Our artisans and fulfillment teams move quickly. If you need to modify or cancel an order, you must contact us via email within 1 to 2 hours of placement. Once a package enters the logistics stream, standard return policies apply.3.3 - Platform Right to Cancel We reserve the right to cancel any order prior to dispatch due to inventory synchronization errors, suspected fraud, or systemic pricing glitches. In such cases, a full and immediate refund will be issued.

Article 4 - Pricing, Payments, and Financial Security

4.1 - Base Pricing and Currencies Prices are displayed based on your selected region, but the final transaction may be processed in Thai Baht (THB). We are not responsible for any dynamic currency conversion fees applied by your bank or credit card provider.4.2 - Payment Gateway Secure payments are processed through Beamcheckout, operated by Beam Data Co., Ltd. We accept major credit cards and PromptPay, Thailand's primary digital payment service. We do not store or process your raw credit card data on our servers.4.3 - Promotional Mechanics Discount codes and promotions are valid only during their specified timeframes. They cannot be stacked, combined, or applied retrospectively to completed orders.

Article 5 - Shipping Logistics and Delivery Parameters

5.1 - Processing and Delivery Estimates We are an artisanal platform, not an express delivery service. Delivery timelines provided at checkout are estimates. Standard items typically process in 2-3 business days. "Made to order" items require specific production lead times before shipping.5.2 - Address Accuracy You are entirely responsible for providing a correct and secure residential or commercial address. We do not deliver to P.O. Boxes. If a package is returned due to an invalid address, you will bear the cost of reshipment.5.3 - Transfer of Risk We remain responsible for your goods while they are in transit. However, the risk of loss or theft transfers to you the exact moment the carrier's tracking system marks the package as delivered to your address.

Article 6 - Customs, Import Duties, and Cross-Border Friction

6.1 - Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU) If you are ordering from outside of Thailand, you are the Importer of Record. All cross-border shipments are sent Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU). You are solely responsible for paying any import taxes, customs duties, or clearance fees levied by your destination country.6.2 - Customs Delays Sovereign border agencies hold the authority to inspect shipments. We are not liable for delivery delays caused by international customs processing.6.3 - Abandoned Packages If you refuse to pay local import duties and abandon your package at customs, you forfeit your right to a full refund. Any return shipping costs or destruction fees levied by the carrier will be deducted directly from your remaining balance.

Article 7 - Right of Withdrawal and Return Mechanics

7.1 - The 14-Day Window You have the right to return standard catalog items within 14 days from the date of delivery. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.7.2 - Exemptions and "Made to Order" Certain items cannot be returned. This includes unsealed cosmetics (for hygiene reasons) and custom-made goods. "Made to order" commissions are legally classified as a personalized service, not a standard product purchase, and are entirely exempt from the 14-day right of withdrawal.7.3 - Return Protocol You must email our support team for prior validation before returning any item. Unauthorized returns sent to our fulfillment centers will not be processed. Except in the case of a defective or non-conforming product, you are responsible for all return shipping costs.

Article 8 - Transit Damage and Statutory Product Liability

8.1 - The 48-Hour Transit Damage Protocol International logistics can be rough. If your item arrives broken due to carrier mishandling, you must notify us via email within 48 hours of delivery. You must include clear photographs of the damaged item, the exterior packaging, and the shipping label to qualify for a replacement or refund.8.2 - Statutory Defects Beyond transit damage, we stand behind the quality of our partners. Under the Thai Product Liability Act, we remain responsible for goods featuring inherent manufacturing defects.

Article 9 - Product-Specific Regulatory Modules

9.1 - Artisanal Uniqueness (Non-Contractual Imagery) The vast majority of our catalog consists of unique, handmade items. Product photography is illustrative. Slight variations in color, dimensions, or finish are expected, guarantee the authenticity of the hand-crafting process, and do not constitute a defect.9.2 - Wellness and Cosmetics Cosmetics and wellness products comply with Thai FDA regulations. These products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any medical condition. We strongly recommend reviewing ingredient lists for personal allergens and performing a patch test. We are not liable for individual adverse topical reactions.9.3 - Jewellery and Precious Metals We utilize genuine gemstones and metals. In compliance with OCPB labeling regulations, please note that natural gemstones feature inherent microscopic inclusions and variances. These are signs of natural authenticity, not manufacturing defects.9.4 - Handicrafts and Wood Products Exporting specific wooden handicrafts requires Royal Forest Department (RFD) Ror Mor 8 certification. While we handle this compliance, such strict export controls may occasionally extend initial processing times.9.5 - Apparel Digital displays render colors differently. Minor color discrepancies and standard artisanal sizing variances (1-2 cm) are normal and do not qualify as defective items.

Article 10 - Intellectual Property and Platform Integrity

10.1 - Copyright Ownership All website design, artisanal photography, text, and branding are our exclusive intellectual property.10.2 - Prohibition of Scraping This platform is for personal, non-commercial use. Automated data scraping and the unauthorized republication or use of our imagery for commercial dropshipping are strictly prohibited and will be subject to legal enforcement.

Article 11 - Limitation of Liability and Force Majeure

11.1 - Bounded Financial Liability To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our total aggregate liability arising from any product defect or failure to deliver is strictly limited to the total purchase price paid by you for that specific transaction.11.2 - Exclusion of Consequential Damages We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages (including emotional distress or lost profits) resulting from delayed shipping or product use.11.3 - Force Majeure We are not liable for fulfillment failures or delays caused by uncontrollable events, including natural disasters, global pandemics, severe customs gridlocks, carrier strikes, or sovereign embargoes.

Article 12 - Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

12.1 - Requirement for Amicable Resolution We are a team of humans working with artisans. If an issue arises, you agree to contact our support team first to attempt an amicable resolution before initiating formal disputes or payment chargebacks.12.2 - Governing Law and Exclusive Jurisdiction These Terms and Conditions are governed strictly by the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any unresolved legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bangkok, Thailand.
