We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Thai QR code (PromptPay), as well as secure payments via PayPal and Apple Pay. All transactions on Shopmaak are encrypted and fully secure by our partner BeamCheckout, in order to protect your personal information

We try to process orders quickly. If you need to make a change or cancel your order, please contact us at moc.kaampohs@sredro within 1-2 hour of placing it. We will do everything we can in order to solve the situation. Once your order has been processed and handed over to our shipping partners, we are unfortunately unable to cancel it. In this case, you can follow our standard return process after receiving the package.

Yes! As soon as your payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email containing your order number, a summary of your purchased items, and your billing details.

Payments can be declined for several reasons, such as an incorrect billing address, insufficient funds, or standard bank security measures. We recommend double-checking your card details or contacting your bank. You can also try using an alternative payment method at checkout. No, you are welcome to check out as a guest. However, creating a Shopmaak account allows you to track your current orders easily, view your purchase history, save your shipping details, and enjoy a faster checkout process for future visits.

While we do our best to keep our inventory perfectly synced, occasionally an item may sell out before our system updates. If this happens, we will notify you immediately via email and issue a full refund for the unavailable item. The rest of your order will be shipped as usual.

We currently ship to: Thailand, Cambodia, Indonesia, Malaysia, Laos, Myanmar, Philippines, Singapore and Vietnam.

If your location is not available in the drop-down menu at checkout, it means we do not currently offer shipping to your area. You can contact us using our Contact Form, or by email at moc.kaampohs@olleh to find a solution for your shipping. Stay tuned, as we could expand the delivery area soon.

If you are ordering from outside of Thailand, your package may be subject to customs duties and import taxes imposed by your local government. These fees are not included in our shipping charges and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

At Shopmaak, we prioritize quality and fair partnerships over high-speed logistics. As a small team working hand-in-hand with independent Thai producers, we take the time to ensure every item is handled with care.

  • Processing Time: Our team typically prepares and dispatches orders within 2 to 3 business days.
  • Domestic Shipping (Thailand): Expect your package within 1 to 3 business days once shipped.
  • International Shipping: Delivery usually takes between 4 to 7 business days, depending on your location and local customs processing.

Note: Because we work with authentic artisans, some unique products may require specific production times or have different delivery schedules. Please check the specific delivery information provided in each product description before completing your purchase.

To ensure the safe and secure delivery of our artisan products, we currently require a standard residential or commercial address. We are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes at this time.

Once your package leaves our fulfillment center, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your unique tracking number and - if applicable - a link to trace your package's journey directly to your doorstep.

If your tracking link hasn't updated in several days, or if your delivery is past the estimated arrival date, please reach out to our support team, using our Contact Form, or email us at moc.kaampohs@sredro. We will investigate the issue with the carrier and make sure your Shopmaak order gets to you safely.

Generally, no. Our core operational rule is zero mass-production. We scale our business by growing our network of independent makers, not by forcing individual workshops to suddenly produce hundreds of identical units. We do not support traditional wholesale models that compromise an artisan's traditional methods. For specific, realistically scaled corporate gifting or custom projects, you can contact our support team to discuss feasibility.

We offer a 14-day return period from the date of delivery for most items. To be eligible, products must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition as received.

Please note: Custom-made or personalized items crafted specifically by our artisans cannot be returned or exchanged. For full details, see our Withdrawal Policy.

To initiate a return, please email us at moc.kaampohs@sredro with your order number and the reason for the return. You can also use our contact form. Our team will provide you with the return instructions and the appropriate shipping address. Please do not send items back without prior validation by our team.

Unless the item arrived damaged (and was reported within 48 hours) or we made a mistake in your order, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Unless, you try to contact us as soon as possible and we'll consider every relevant option to exchange your item.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 5 to 10 business days.

We take great care in packaging our artisan products, but accidents can happen during international transit. You must notify us of any damage within 48 hours of delivery by emailing moc.kaampohs@sredro. Please include:

  • Your order number.
  • Clear photos of the damaged item.
  • Photos of the exterior packaging (including the shipping label).

Important: Failure to report damage within this 48-hour window may void your claim with the carrier.

Every single product on Shopmaak is sourced and crafted in Thailand. We travel across the country to find talented independent artisans, primarily in rural areas, who preserve traditional craftsmanship while creating contemporary designs. As our network scales, we plan to expand this model and open our platform to makers across the rest of Asia.

Our focus is on quality craftsmanship and local production. While most of our partners are Thai, we collaborate with skilled artisans based in Thailand regardless of their background. Our priority is ensuring that every piece meets our high standards of "Made in Thailand" excellence and supports the local creative community.

Yes! Most of our items are handcrafted or hand-finished. This means that no two pieces are exactly alike. You might notice slight variations in color, texture, or dimensions, which are not defects but rather the unique "fingerprint" of the artisan who made your item. To ensure you have all the specific details regarding materials and dimensions, we invite you to carefully check the Product Description section on each product page before ordering.

We select our partners based on three criteria: exceptional skill & product quality, ethical conditions, and cultural heritage. We visit their workshops personally to ensure fair pay and to build a long-term relationship based on mutual respect and transparency. As we are currently in our launching phase, we are just getting started! We hope to discover many more talented creators soon. We physically evaluate a sample of every product before approving it for our catalog. Our testing is strictly practical and focused on everyday, real-world use:

  • Furniture & Handcrafts: We assess structural integrity, assembly quality, and the durability of the raw materials under normal load and handling.
  • Textiles: We wear, wash, and dry the fabrics to verify stitching strength, dye colorfastness, and overall wearability over time.
  • Jewellery: While there is less to "test" mechanically, we wear each piece to check for comfort, clasp reliability, and how the materials react to daily contact with skin and water.
  • Wellness & Cosmetics: Our team uses the formulations directly on our own skin to verify texture, absorption, and that the practical results align with the artisan's ingredient list.

We do not conduct clinical laboratory tests or medical trials. While we respect and rely on the official certifications provided by our partners, we perform our own functional usage tests to ensure every item performs reliably in real-world conditions before you buy it.

Yes! Because our products are not mass-produced in factories, natural materials (like wood, clay, or hand-dyed fabrics) react differently to the crafting process. Lighting and screen settings can also affect color perception, but we strive to provide the most accurate photos possible.

To preserve the beauty of your items, we recommend following the specific care instructions provided on the product page. Generally, handmade items prefer gentle handling—avoid harsh chemicals and, for wooden or textile items, keep them away from prolonged direct sunlight.

Many of our artisans are open to custom work! If you have a specific project, you can check our Made-To-Order service page. Yes, all our photos feature real handcrafted pieces created by our artisans. However, please remember that wood is a living material. Every grain pattern, knot, and color shade is naturally unique. While the design and quality will match your specifications, your custom piece will have its own distinct character, making it a one-of-a-kind original that belongs only to you.

We operate on a straightforward, mutual-profit partnership. We purchase inventory upfront at the artisans' established wholesale prices. As is standard in retail, we access better pricing tiers when we order in larger quantities, but those volume rates are defined directly by the artisans to ensure their labor and materials are fairly compensated. We do not squeeze their margins with aggressive negotiations or hidden platform fees. They focus on their craft, and we apply our margin to cover our tech, marketing, and logistics.

To add an extra layer of security, navigate to Account Settings > Security & 2FA . You can enable 2FA to require a verification code from your mobile device whenever you log in from a new location.
